Liability disclaimer:

Kelk Creek shall not be liable for death, injury to any person, loss or damage of property or otherwise, due to persons negligence, nor for any inconvenience or delay, accident, injury or theft caused to, or expenses incurred by any guest, however caused by arising out of the provision of services or failure to provide services. All damage to property owned by Kelk Creek arising out of guest negligence will be the liability of that guest.

Confirmation of bookings:

Kelk Creek reserves the right to alter or cancel any part/s of the reservation due to weather or other conditions relating to safety. Bookings are not confirmed until a written reservation confirmation has been sent out by Kelk Creek.

Booking Agents Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or amendments for accommodation bookings must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or amendments for tours must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled tour date. Booking agents will be responsible for payment of all accommodation and tours booked, where cancellations, amendments or no-shows occur without giving the required notice.

Minimum Stay and Minimum Numbers

All accommodation is subject to a 2 night minimum stay, this can be waived at the discretion of Kelk Creek or where 2 consecutive nights are not available. All tours are provided subject to at least two participants and may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

Should you cancel or amend your accommodation booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, Kelk Creek reserves the right to keep your deposit or charge to your credit card any portion of your booked accommodation that is not resold. Please note that you are personally liable for the charges incurred during your stay. Should a credit card, cheque, voucher or purchase order not be honoured you will be held responsible for the payment of any monies owed. You may also be required to cover additional charges for the settlement of the account if it is not paid immediately upon your departure from Kelk Creek.

Cancellation Policy - Tours :

Should you cancel or amend your tour booking within 48 hours of your scheduled tour date, Kelk Creek reserves the right to keep your deposit or charge to your credit card the value of your tour as booked. Should a credit card, cheque, voucher or purchase order not be honoured you will be held responsible for the payment of any monies owed.
